In a time of polarization and political disunity, one issue unites the American people!
Earlier this month, Coalition for American Veterans distributed the following statement to its supporters:
THE RESULTS OF THE SURVEY ARE IN!
During the last three months of 2020 – October, November, and December – the Coalition for American Veterans conducted a telephone survey. The purpose of the survey – conducted at the height of nationwide polarization, controversy, and conflict, was to gauge the views of the American people about our nation’s Veterans.
OVERWHELMING SUPPORT FOR VETERANS
During the three months of the survey, callers made many millions of calls and successfully completed almost one million surveys (969,627 completed surveys, to be exact).
Of those almost one million survey respondents, 93% affirmatively indicated their support for Veterans and issues of concern to Veterans.
WHAT THIS MEANS FOR FUTURE
The result of this survey – conducted during one of the most contentious periods in America’s history – is a good sign for the future.
No matter how divided America may be on other matters, “we the people” are strongly united in support of those who have risked life and limb to protect our freedoms.
That’s bad news for any politicians who fail to prioritize the interests, concerns, and needs of America’s heroes.
Coalition for American Veterans, a Federal PAC (Political Action Committee), will continue to run similar surveys in order to take the pulse of the American people and to measure support for Veterans. And we will continue to hold America’s politicians (including the Biden-Harris Administration) accountable when they fail to properly honor, respect, and support America’s Veterans.
